1. Services

Buxton Wash Co. provides exterior pressure washing and cleaning services, including but not limited to driveways, patios, paths, and exterior surfaces. All work is carried out using professional equipment and reasonable care.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are based on an in-person inspection of the area to be cleaned.
Customers can book a free quote by contacting Buxton Wash Co. via email, SMS, or through the website.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date provided.
Prices may change if the size, condition, or scope of the job differs from what was originally inspected or agreed.

3. Surface Condition & Damage

Buxton Wash Co. is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or issues that become visible as a result of cleaning. This includes, but is not limited to:

Cracks or fractures
Loose or damaged pointing
Worn or fragile surfaces
Faulty seals or previous repairs

Pressure washing may reveal defects that were not visible prior to cleaning.

4. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure the following before work begins:

All gates are unlocked to allow full access
Pets are secured indoors during the service
All windows and doors are fully closed
A water supply is available, unless previously arranged

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges.

5. Weather Conditions & Rescheduling

Pressure washing is weather-dependent. Buxton Wash Co. reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe or unsuitable weather, including heavy rain, storms, high winds. In such cases, the job will be rearranged for the next suitable date at no extra cost.

6. Results & Staining

While professional methods are used, no guarantee is given that all stains or marks will be fully removed. Some staining may be permanent or may return over time depending on surface type, age, and environmental conditions.

7. Health & Safety

For safety reasons, customers, children, and pets must keep clear of the work area while services are being carried out. Buxton Wash Co. is not responsible for injury resulting from failure to follow safety guidance.

8. Liability

Reasonable care is taken to protect surrounding areas; however, Buxton Wash Co. is not responsible for:

Damage to items left in or near the work area
Effects of water overspray on unsecured objects

Customers are responsible for removing or protecting delicate items prior to service.

All work is covered by our full public liability insurance.

9. Payment Terms

Buxton Wash Co. accepts cash and bank transfer.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled job may result in a cancellation fee.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Buxton Wash Co. reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, or if there is abusive or unreasonable behaviour.

12. Acceptance of Terms
